Hello, im in 9th grade and im in my school marching band. I have a problem with playing for a while. Usually, when I do play for a while my lips wont make a high enough pitch for the song im playing. Its hard to explain, but I have the right aamature I know and its like my lips are so tired they wont produce a note above a middle C. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

First of all you play with an embouchure. And, your embochure, while you may have it "right" but just like any muscles that anyone trains, they need to be trained and built up over time by playing. Think of practicing as wieght training, and look at that middle C like a doable weight. Look at that C above the staff as a heavy weight you cant lift yet. Keep practicing and you`ll be able to "lift more" as time passes.
