Hi, I`ve been on the violin for a while now... making some improvements here and there but I need help on shifting positions ddo any of you guys have any tips that I can use? There`s also another proble that i have, I can`t read those EXTREMELY high notes in like the 5 millionth position on the E string do you guys have any ideas on how to learn how to read them? please respond... thanx...

hey, a book that might help you how to shift is "shifting - thirty studies for young violinists" by yaakov geringas.
