I just created a guitar program called Guitar Alchemist that`s useful for exploring scales, modes and chords on the fretboard and staff. The program exists in a free (major scale, modes and chords only) and shareware version (major, melodic minor, harmonic minor/major, pentatonic major/minor, and many other features).
