I`m in band and I play the Oboe. I am 2nd chair. I also wanted to learn how to play the Cello on my spare time. i want to keep playing my oboe but I want to learn the Cello. Should I learn to play the Cello?

sure you could learn the cello if you wanted to. have you done some research on the instrument yet? cause its best if you know about one before you buy or rent one. and im not talking about history of it, just like how to care for it, what key its in (well thats C of course) and how read the bass clef. well, my sister is learning the cello and im helping her with it. so if you do decide to learn it, you could email me if you have anyother questions.
