hey! well, im not the best at trombone. playing 9 doesnt leave much time to practise, escpecially since my bro is trying to keep it away from me. but anyway, i suggest getting a good book. i began with STANDARD OF EXCELLENCE, book 1 of course. and Dont get frustrated. if your in a school band, have someone *meybe the teacher* show u where on the slide the positions are if your having trouble. DON`T give up. Practice makes perfect, you can`t expect to pick up the horn and be able to play FLIGHT OF THE BUBMLE BEE the very first time. If you`ve only had your trombone for 2 days sounds like your doing pretty good. The kids that play trombone in my band just got that on friday and they`ve had their horns for 1 month already. Don`t get frustrated you`ll get it just keep trying. Standard of Excellence is a very good book to start with....
