I`m new to bass, i just bought a 5 string and i need to know the notes: G, C, D and Em

anyone that could tell me them, id really appreciate it. Thanks

If you just started to play the bass,you should of gotten a 4 string bass. you should get one with 5 strings when you know what you are doing.

My wife bought a 5 string bass about a month ago, and she`s never played any kind of string instrument! But, by finding music notes for the bass on the web she has impressed me to a point to where i could learn from her, and i`ve been playing guitar(s) since i was 6yrs old!!! she has bought a book and chart for the 5 string bass at a local music shop because the web was not enough for her. She has come so far in such a short time, that most of her playing is taught from reading the book and chart(s). The moral!?! If she can do it, why can`t you!?! All you have to do is read and look at the chart(s).
