My son is playing a bariton saxophone and my husband and I are trying to buy him one that won`t put us in hock. We have 3 other children (all in band). A friend of ours in the community orchestra is selling his Monique Pro Bari Sax and I wanted some feedback on the instrument because I have never heard of "MONIQUE". I know Selmer, yamaha, etc.
HELP!

Well, I`ve never heard of them either. Not to say it`s not a bad sax, just sayin that it`s probably a custom sax.
I got a jupiter bari sax about 4 years ago. My parents were on vacation, and they found my sax for wholesale price. Where? Canada. You can get an instrument for wholesale prices up there and just have it shipped down here.
