It will take a few adjustments but yes you can play any instrument with braces. I have a few flute students with braces that play just as well as those without.

I started to play flute before I got braces and when I got them I just found out tha I would have to extend my lips a little further to get the higher notes. It might take you a little while to do that so don`t let it get you down if you have trouble.

I have braces 2. It took a little while to get used to, but it will work out.

4 all the people in da club with braces, it took me about 2 WEEKS to adjust! That`s a LONG time with out practice, if u practice EVERDAY like me for more than 30 min. With braces, there`s actually no problem, except for the 2 cm thick of mental sticking out ur mouth  !!
