I am a junior in high school, who will be graduating after this year of school. I will be going into music education and performance. I have a college audition to Lawrence University (Appleton, WI.) and Northwestern University (Evanston, Ill.). Those two auditions are in February and I have a national cello concerto competition in January 2005.

I need to know what are the best strings possible, or that you have tried?

i havent decided which i like best yet so either use: Larsn soloist A&D medium gague and helicore medium gague(larsn rosin) or Jargar medium A&D, and Spirocore silver mittle gague G&C(thomastik artist rosin) and u can use the rosin if u want but i find it works best if u match the company and the strings
