I have an old violin that was a great great uncle`s. I guess he would play for the silent Hollywood movies. I`m not sure of anything past that. Anyway, the label reads:

Joseph Guarnerius fecit ^
IHS
Cremonae anno 1729

Does anyone know anything about this? Any info on it would be appreciated! Thanks~
