Hi,

I`m 17 and I have loved the sound of the violin and all string instruments. I used to play the violin but that was when i was about 12 or so, i stopped after two years and have forgot most things about it. I want to start playing again and I want to become great in years to come, however I also am a hard working student trying to acheive good marks at school.

I want to start playing this year, but this year is my year 12 at school. I do want to play the violin but will it get in the way of my studies, from practicing too much.

I am 13 years old, and have been playing the violin since I was 7. I think that if you want to get real good at it, extensive practice is required. I am homeschooled in 8th grade, and it still is hard to practice all the time.
