Thanks agian Jen. I find it odd that you`ve had so much trouble, but then, I know that the new ones aren`t as good, to be put blandly according to you I love my selmer, but it`s an older Mark VI, when selmer was at the highlight, it`s still the best sax i`ve ever layed my hands on. So, if you ever get an oppurtunity to try one; take it! They aren`t as freeblowing as the new yamahas ect. but the tone, with a little more work, leaves the others in the dirt. But, thats my opinion, and everyone has thier own preferences (Jen) just find what you like best and stick with it.

you do realize that the original post said nothing about selmers. i do not think this is helping his problem, so may i ask that someone who knows about yanagisawa, jupeter, or la sax, could respond to this and give the original poster some help, after all that is what this is for, right?

I gave my opinion on jupiters! They are like the god of saxophones and what it required of univeristy majors here. They are the buffet of saxophones!

which university would that be? just curious because you are the only person i have ever heard say that they were better than yani`s.

Queen`s University, York, Trent....the list goes on. bare in mind i am from canada.
