There`s a really good station at Live365.com called Alexa Digital Radio that has an all indie program from 10 to 11:30 PM. Most of the music is excellent. A lot of them sound like they should be signed.

I went to the site and it looks like they have a indie promotion program that can get you discounts from other companies and promotion on the website. You can submit music to the station too, but you have to do it with an electronic press kit from a company called Sonicbids. It`s not free, but it looks good and seems pretty useful. I know a bunch of contests and promotions ask for it.
