whats the point of flavored reeds any one kno if there good or turn your mouth colors

the one i had wasn`t bad and no it didn`t turn my mouth any color...theyre just for fun i guess...no real porpose

The only purpose for flavored reeds is to get beginner students to practice more. The quality isn`t good. I`ve never played on one, but I refuse to. If I want flavor in my mouth, I`ll chew gum.

I agree with SimpsonSaxGal. They are really only a novelty to be used for beginner students, and the quality is not very good. I, personally have never used one, nor have I even thought about it.
