Hi. I`ve been told by my clarinet teacher that it is time i bought a wooden clarinet. I have played the violin for many years and know that the best possible violin to have is one as old as possible. Is this the same case with clarinets? I have been on ebay looking for a clarinet and i have fallen in love with a 1930s Selmer Console ebony clarinet. I was wondering whether anyone knew anything about it as i don`t know a thing.
Many Thanks
Faye
