ok so
i can play clarinet
all the ntoes
yadda yadda yadda
only problem..HOW DO I PLAY CHORDS!!!!!
im not like unexperienced i play piano violin and guitar but i need HELp figuring out how to play chords
so if anyone wants to actually explain it briefly or give me some idea of maybe a basica C major chord or something i could probably do the rest myself.. just need to get started, any help is more then welcome.

Well, there actually isn`t any way to play chords on a clarinet. If you see a chord written in a piece of music, that just means that you play either one note or the other note, not both, since that`s impossible.

Now, there is something called multiphonics that allow you to sort of play chords, but you can`t choose the notes you play together and it sounds, well, really ugly and its technically not musical. If you want fingerings for these and wish to experiment with multiphonics for fun, check out www.wfg.woodwind.org. They`ve got great fingering charts.
