Silver. I dont care about the 1 word answer. Silver is better. Wodd will get weathered. Use wood for concert or sumthing else. NOT MARCHING BAND!!!

I use a silver one, I would definately, DEFINATELY love to use a full wooden piccolo, or a half wood, or even a full plastic one! I personally dislike the silver piccolos.

If silver blends and sounds better than wood, then please tell me why then no professional piccoloist`s play on a silver one? Hmmm? Maybe this poll should have been posted where adults and experienced players only are at.
