Hey does anyone out there no if you can get really good wooden flute with sterling silver keys for under 1000 dollars thats for intermediat to advanced players thanks

I don`t think you can, i know that the best Yamaha ones are from around £4,000 (well the ones i looked at) so i`m guessing thats around $8,000. The wooden flutes are expensive though.

The only way that you can keep the cost lower is to go into a historical instrument. Aka: Baroque (1 key Flute)maybe an Irish/folk type flute.
The Boehm system ones are higher priced and the Yamaha version as suggested above might be one of the cheaper ones available. I would assume that a used one might be cheaper but good luck finding one.
