Just out of curiosity, did anyone here make the All-State band? If so, for what state? I made the Florida band...

You made all-state for flute for Florida? Congrats!! One of my friends was (I think) who lives in Florida was auditioning for the clarinet (For all-state...I think).

I have never made all-state band, but yet, I have to make all-district band AND THEN all-state. However, one of my friends who plays bass clarinet/clarinet/alto clarinet/piano etc. made all-state for my state for bass clarinet.

I made the Arkansas All-State Band Four years in a row. My first three years were on the Clarinet and the other year I made it on Flute.

I sent in a tape for the California All-State Honor Bands (on both flute and piccolo), but we haven`t found out who made it yet. I hope I get in!

Hi! I just found out that I made the Michigan all-state band! The people there were so nice, they let me try out even though I turned in my audition papers late (my school got the information after the date).

hello all... i made the all-state band last year in texas on flute. i am currently working on the audition pieces for all-state try-outs which are on the 7th of january. well wish me luck.

Yeah. I made an Honor Band like that

I made first alternate for all-state on my flute in Alabama`s band.

I got 4th chair AL All State last year....hoping again this year!
