I finally got around to making a recording of me playing the flute, but now I don't know how to post it on here. When I go to play it, it come up on my windows media player as an Mp3. Does anyone know how I can change it into a link so that I can post it on here for everyone to hear? Thanks!

kara, you must upload that file to a site (for example it could be your personal web site if you have one). Then you can post here the link to that file on your web site.

There are other public sites where you can upload files, but I do not know of any. Please note that if you upload it to your own website, then you may have privacy problems because a personal site can usually be identified to some extent with the owner.

Better use a public site. Sure you will get addresses for a suitable site from other forum members.

Try http://www.upload2.net/
It says you can upload up to 25MB, without creating an account. I'm not sure if it's a really good site, since I have not used it much, so if you prefer something else then you can search "Free File Share", "Free File Upload" etc... on google!

Hope to hear your recording soon!
