I know i cant spell embouchere, dont remind me. Im progressing but i feel like ive hit a block in the road. Ive been playing for about three months now (i am a saxophone and clarinet player, trying to make flute his primary) and i have problems ALWAYS getting the notes out right when i need them. By the notes, i mean above last space Eb. There are some exceptions, but for the most part i have difficulty here. Can anyone offer me any good advice on how to fix this? When i try and start a note i can feel my lips parting, i blow the air THROUGH my lips and i think this might be causing the hesitation. If anyone has good advice for a semi-beginnger who practices ALOT it would be VERY appreciated.
thanks!

get a good teacher, could be so many reasons, you need to get proper instruction from the beginning so you don't develop bad habits, sounds like you are trying to force the notes out...
