Hi, Does anyone out there know anything about this model of flute? I know it's quite an old one, as the person offering it for sale told me that the instrument is 28 years old. It has open holes and offset G, which is what I'm looking for. I did a google on it and came up with nothing much. I've looked at this forum from time to time, and so I know that there are some instrument repairers and a number of other people with a lot of knowledge, so I thought I'd ask here!

I am afraid to say that Yamaha's quality back then was pretty poor and not anywhere near it is today. Being that old, I would be weary and personally would not buy it.
