I just started to play the flute in Summer School and i want to keep playing it, but my mom said that she doesn`t want to keep paying 21.00 a month because i already play the clarient.

I don`t know what you should do because I don`t know your mom!(Maybe you should gets some friends and have a bottle drive  .But keep playing your clarinet too.

Why don`t you try saving up some money and buying a flute? Ther was this one kid in my band class who played the trumpet and wanted to try for the french horn on suggestion. Of course he stunk (i mean, beginner wise, not sayin u stink at it or anything) so he asked if he could get rid of his gym class to take the beginner class AND be able to stay in the one he is in now or whenever school starts. Just a thought that crossed my mind, though- watch out if you ever happen to be at the same level with each instrument. Like being able to be in advanced class with each instrument. I think you have to choose then.

if u really like have ur parents buy it for u in advance for like 3 bdays or sum other holiday. thats what my mom did cause i wanted a violin, its great i love playin it!
