Hey! you guys!! yay! i went to my first band camp. ^_^ yahoo! it was sooOOo much fun. i LOVE camping and our camp was right next by a BEAUTIFUL lake. yep! some how i had extra extra energy when i went there ..and also met lots lots of ppl. yep! Hhmm..things that happened
~some intense marching. blAh..wasn't that bad. since how i just LOVE marching. haha
~ppl asking me to go out with my guy friend. -__-"..lol. funny funny..
OoH! OMG! and there was this one girl..(who my friend doens't like)..and she kissed him in the lake! AHHHHhh! and wow.. 0.o not a big deal for some of u to hear. but if u kno these ppl. wow. it's a big deal!!
~..other things. the food was gassy! hahaha..i got food posiening. for like 10 min. OUCH..

oh. and let me say i think that's my last band camp because i missed my first sunday in my whole entire life..going to church..ehh..

something sad happened in my band camp.. i lost 2 of my oboe's most EXPENSIVE reeds....ARGH~ i cant get over it....but fun stuff happened too...we baked treble clef shaped cookies!! (which were realy hard to make )

I wanted to go to band camp like BADLY but my parents where in greece and I had to stay with my grandma!!!!!! (if only i went to that camp!!!)

yall are soooooooo lucky that you get actual band CAMPS. all of the band camps that i had gone to are 4-days long, and their only during the day time at the school!

yeah..mine was 3 days. but daytime at school? i'm confussed! hehe. i don't know if you call the camp awwww.

our band camp is 2 weeks long but its a day camp from 9 in the morning to 4 in the evening.we practiced marching in the morning and music in the afternoon.i got so many sweat bee stings it was unbelievable.i also got a real good tan,but i had tan lines on my feet!my legs were brown and my feet were white!my favorite part is sectionals cause us trumpets always went to the cafeteria,would make an occaisional noise every now and then,and goof off the rest of the time!one time during sectionals,our only senior,who plays trumpet,fell asleep on the couch in the cafeteria!the rest of us just messed around.then the field commander comes in to see how things are going.she walked over to our sleeping senior and whispered for the rest of us to get our horns.we walked over to the couch,put the bells of our horns right next to his ear,and the field commander counted...3,2,1,...HHHHHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNKKKKKK!!!!!!!!
he jumped up off of that couch at least a foot!he stood up and yelled "$#@%!"really loud.the feild commander looked at him and said,"good morning,sunshine!"the rest of us were laughing our heads off.ahh,good times,good times.
