Kara,
You are but a mere child!
My daughter's birthday is tomorrow also; she'll be sweet sixteen!

TODAY is my grandson's first birthday (that's his cute face you see).

<Added>

I should add that NOW he has hair; sweet, blond and with a few curls.

Did he get to dive into his own birthday cake? That is always funny when get there own big cake for the first time. Then of course, on to the bath tub after wards! lol!

I have to work on my Birthday, but no biggy. I will be playing the flute, so at least it is something I love to do. We'll break out the Asti later.

When he joined us at a music ministry Christmas party this evening, I saw pictures of him diving into the cake that his mommy made him today at her house.
Tomorrow he will be with us/our family where we will celebrate his birthday, my daughter's 16th and my "baby" daughter's 13th birthday! I'm sure we'll let him dive into more cake! I can't believe how everyone is growing up.

Happy birthday to your son, Micron, I know how much love your kids.

Why should it matter if you have one plug left in your flute? Even some professionals play with one in especially on the D or G key. There is nothing wrong with that. Since you really seem to like your Armstrong, you might want to check out the Heritage model by them. I am not too fond of it, but you might really like one.

What model and make of your flute is not what determines your level of playabiltiy at all. I play on a handmade model, but that doesn't automatically make my level playing any better then yours. Too many people get caught up in flute snobbery.

Nah I was just messin around...I'll check out the Heritage model by them next time I stop my the music store.The thing is,I'm not really sure what flute I really do want.I like mine,but I'm not the happiest with it.Its good,but most of the time it wants to be a meanie to me and have some of the screws come loose,which is annoying me cause I'm haveing to constantly tighten the screws.Do you have a suggestion for a price range within $900-$1000?

Why would you bother with one that is priced from $900-1000 range when you can get any flute of your choice no matter the price?

I would have a look into the Azumi line or a used Yamaha. There are many other brands to choose from, but in that price range, that is what I would personally recommend.

Are you actually complaining because your Mom wont spend more than $1000 on a flute for you?
