HEY FLUTE PLAYERS!
I'm an oboist learning the flute, would anyone offer any advice as to forming the embouchure on the flute. The fingerings are so simple but it's the embouchure that's stumping me. Thanks in advance!

What I did when I was first learning (might not be the best way), but blow into a soda bottle (or something like that) to get a tone. Once you get that down, move up to making a sound with just the flute head. Then move to the full body.
