I have no idea what's wrong with that picture... of course I'm not the professional like you. haha what's the sticker thing in the case? And the flute key kinda looks weird...

I might be able to find out if I could hold it, but I don't see that happening anytime soon so eh... My flute is kinda in bad condition but mine looks better than that one.

Wheee!!!...You'd need two somewhat longer third fingers in the LH. but...
other than that..it works perfectly as long as it remains in the case.

The G keys are actually there.

Hef, take a look at the G keys. At first I thought that they weren't there, but if you look more closely you can see that they are bend WAY up. There is no way that flute would play like that.

Well the ad used to say "works perfectly" but I wrote to them telling them that the G keys were bent way up so they modified the description.

OH I SEE IT! Haha I wish I was an over paid amateur! Haha I can't believe I didn't see that. Eh, I guess I'm just a nonpaid noob. lol

What is up with that flute? I don't even browse ebay anymore because of all the salespeople trying to sell shoddy instruments... ^_^ Maybe they don't know it's all messed up?

Thanks, Kara! I just wanna fall back into the swing of things and talk about some instruments! I realized how much I knew about the flute was partly because of this group, so I'm glad to be back and learn some more!

The best is photo#7 with that nice pivot. Probably grand-grand father's oldest and battered flute ever.

Glad that it has "No Retrun"
but as Micron points out it's fixable so it could be a good fixer-upper for some less affulent beginner.

Wouldn't it just be easier for sellers to say that it would be a good flute for someone to use for "scrap" parts or for repairmen? Why try to sell it to a person who actually wants it to play right out of the package when it's so obviously damaged?

Probably because the seller just want to make a quick buck and will try and tell buyers what sounds good. It is sad how many dishonest sellers I have come across on ebay. You just can't trust anyone anymore because of them.
