Hi!. I am back from my trip. I had very busy and difficult days there. I also hope everything will be fine with my mother now and that she will adapt to the new situation. However, I do not feel much confident and am still worried.

I could hardly practice the instrument as I had no time and often felt depressed. I have to recover the time lost for my coming class on Tuesday. Thank you for your nice and supportive wishes.

Hi jose luis, glad you are back!
So sorry to hear about your hard time.
You and you family will be in our thoughts and prayers.
A lot of times, when I feel down and out I don't want to do much of anything, not even play flute, but I found if I force myself to pick up my flute it does help me a lot and is very calming almost like meditation. Maybe that will help for you.

We're keeping you in our thoughts, jose_luis! I'm so sorry everything is so stressful. But remember that everything must get better sometime!

Music cures a sore mind, weary spirt, and broken heart.
