Ok so here is the situation. First time i ever encountered this in my 7 years of flute-ing

Last month i had to constantly change between C flute, Piccolo and Alto flute.

Now...my tone on C flute is obliterated. I have sent the flute for checks...and its perfectly fine.

I have religiously done tone exercises daily and its still the same.

It sounds so...hollow...like a donut...core-less...

I miss my previous tone ( although it aint that good...but better than what it is now... )

Need help and advice...please..

Take some time off away from it. All you are going to do is get more tense and tight which is not good for tone. Get away from it and come back to it after a week or two..

I think I remember cleaning pepperoni out of your flute last time you were here...
