Seriously, does anyone know anything about the Nomata Series II? Apparently it's handcrafted in Japan by the original designers of the Yamaha flute line. Anyone seen one, played one... a WWBW rep spoke quite highly of it.. just wondering, in case I can't stretch the budget enough to get that Muramatsu EX for my daughter..

Hi,
I am not a salesperson for any company. This may very well be a new company of some level of quality but I would be very cautious about buying anything online or even without trying it before dropping the money. Especially a new line of instruments.

Standard Features:

Head Sterling Silver
Body SIlver Plated
Foot B / SIlver Plated
Key Style French (Open Holes)
Mechanism Inline G
Keys SIlver Plated
Special Keys None

There is also a series III that states to have solid silver tube.

But availability seems to be very limited right now and for that reason, Caution would be in order.

The Muramatsu line has been around for some time now and are fairly respected.

Alright, thanks for that. I gather it is a rather unknown, unproven product at this time..
