ive found a few flutes that have large keys on their foot. some include the pearl and the yamaha.
i broke my pinky a few times (and my ring finger) and now is bent funny. because of this, reaching the foot keys is quite a challenge. i position my foot a bit off to accomodate myself (instead of directly in the center, the post is closer to the rod on the body).
looking at pictures online, it seems that the altus has a nice key cluster. they seem small (smaller than the pearls) and close together. the burkart seems like its more your style, but the price doesnt. the dimedici seems like it has a wider Eb key. the haynes looks like the Eb key is a nice size for someone with small hands, but the rollers and C# key looks rather large. same with the miyazawa. and even the muramatsu. but if youre going for something thats easy to access, i dont seem why the size (or width) of the rollers/C# key would matter. i think the distance would matter more.
my piece of advice: no D# roller. that, in my experience, makes the key larger and wider. it seems harder to reach the other keys.
even though i have extremely long fingers, the rest of my hands are extremely tiny (i have piano hands to the Nth power). i hope ive helped! if i can help in any other way, let me know.

also, i havent noticed a difference in the location of the keys in the foot with a b vs. c
even without the roller for the b key, there is still a space where it would be on a c foot.
