Suggestions:
Do you know what is causing the back pain?
Most back pain is from swelling or spasming muscles.

**IMPORTANT - I AM NOT A DOCTOR **
If you have no allergies take Advil twice a day for 2 weeks. It will bring any swelling down. It should help right away and then by continuing to take it you will keep the swelling down so whatever is hurt can heal.

If muscles are spasming: take a hot bath, get a masasage, work out your large back muscles, stretch gently. and also take the Advil. If muscles are spasming it means some muscles are tired and trying to compensate for other muscles that are not wokring like they should and you probably have some swelling as a result of it.

And for some reason, whenI watch on eof my favroite movies it helps also.

Ouch.
If you haaven't seen a doctor - you should.
Because of the shock and trama from impact your muscles are all tweak and tight.
Take the bath as suggested above and do the Advil routine 3 times a day to keep the swelling down. This is not for just a day or two you need to make it part of your daily routine for several weeks.

If the pain gets worse you may need professional help. The goal is to get all the muscles to relax, rest, and get back to being their normal selves.

What did your doctor say?
Did he give you any medications?
Did he put you in a brace?
