The only way to find out for sure is to try it in person.

I have a Burkart headjoint on my Zentner picc.

The fit was slightly different than the Zentner head, and the difference was managed by changing the thickness of the cork at the HJ tenon.

The Zentner HJ would not have fit the Yamaha 62 that I had, nor the Yam 62 head/Zentner body. They were too far apart, and would have necessitated complicated changes that Micron has described.

You might be able to manage a nice Zentner head on a Sonare plastic picc without major changes, but I don't know.
