that would have to be one of the most amazing pieces of useable art i have ever seen the guy is truly a master craftsman the workmanship in that piece is just truely amazing.
the time invested in creating that flute would have to be at least 1000 hours for most people i dought that thay could understand the techniques and skill involved in makeing it as a manufacturing jeweller/designer i take my hat off to him he has a gift that few artists have. in this day and age of mass production few jewellers possess the skill to create anything like it its pieces like that that truly belong in a museum of modern art for all to see.

I understand it is sort of a "piece unique". I would not expect many of them on the market, not even a second unit.

I understand he is a nice guy. Ask him how long it take for him to make a flute.

I think he makes a second unit for security purposes. Lets say someone needs a new part, he has a spare, or he looses it (doubt it) or one breaks in an human error accident. He may not even make a second one. They are very nice looking indeed, I would like to see one in person as well. Not sure what the playing qualities are like, but these are some of the best designs for a flue he could have made.
