The Legend is copyrighted, you cannot get it for free.
You can buy a cheap version for piano solo here:

Or you can print the first page as a demo (Ctrl Gr + print Scr on your PC puts the WEB page on the internal clipboard, then paste then content of it on Word or similar, change size of image if required) and see if it fits you idea and if you can play it on flute (try the piano right hand only).
