I had not commented about this, but I had cataract surgery on one eye yesterday. So far, everything is OK. I have recovered my sight on this eye and it is comparable now to my other eye, even without glasses (at medium distances, optimal for music playing).

I made a quick sight reading test test this morning and I can play considerably faster with less mistakes. Seems my cataract was holding me back.

Now instead of my own family brand lens I now wear a Bausch&Lomb's, which seems to work much better.
