- here you can find hundreds of songs and pieces re-arranged for flute, FREE video sheetmusic with backing!

A college music graduate and flute player - Penny spent 2 years taking requests and made these video sheetmusic for us flute players for free. she posted them on Youtube, but then got banned because some publisher (I think maybe Cats Memory) complained to Youtube.

People asked me where they can find free scores or backings to my videos almost everyday on Youtube (because many of my videos were played with her video sheetmusic), I referred them to this site.

She later established this site Penny Tube to continue her work. She is a wonderful woman.

'She is a wonderful woman'

She is NOT!

Most of the stuff she is spreading around is still in copyright & by doing this she is breaking the law in most countries & depriving composers, arrangers & publisher of their income.

Yes, you are very right!! I can't argue with you about that.

but she didn't pirate them, she's just covering them, and re-arrange them in different keys, mostly in Eb keys - much boring key to play, and much lower in tune - less brilliant than the original work, also she didn't cover 100%, she covered only 40%-50% of the notes of original. If people like the songs, they will eventually buy the original sheetmusic, like I did, I bought the original "time to say goodbye", "star wars", "phantom of opera" and "Lord of the rings" etc afterwards, because original sheetmusic are much brilliant and more detailed than hers.

if you notice she even transposed Bach's badinerie to A minor instead of B minor, and also in different style other than baroque...

so my point is, she totally re-arranged the songs to very simple notes, less brilliant key, and then give away FREE of charge, so that people can try or test run the songs.

Many students in USA, UK and in other European countries and South-American countries they asked me for her links on daily basis, because they need to complete their school music project, homework and exams or school shows.. etc., they were urgent in need of scores and backings, they had no time to order the original sheetmusic. So she has been a real helper.

Also, she told us not to worry about whether we will be sued, she said just mention her name and her website in Canada, then she takes the whole responsibilities. See? this lady is admirable, she makes everything herself and then takes the legal responsibilities to her own, that is why I said she is great. After 2 years, she has only got banned from Youtube, but not sued, so I guess her work is not illegal.

Oh, also her work is very innovative! Her work is VIDEO SHEETMUSIC - it is very unique and helpful to beginner students who can't keep up with the backings or beats!

I mean you can't buy this kind of Video Sheetmusic for flute anywhere in this world, not yet, maybe our future sheetmusic is like this - video sheetmusic.

Welcome to the new age, this is the Youtube and Video age, publishers are way too conservative and lagging behind, they can't keep up with the pace. Maybe Penny is doing a great work to stimulate and push those lazy publishers to make Video Sheetmusic for flute for us sooner.
