Hi !
Would anybody know the difference between Yamaha flutes of the 281 series, when "called" F or S or SII or SIII or ID etc. ?
And which one would you recommand ?

Yamaha has changed small mechanical aspects of their flutes over time & the ll, lll etc refer to these incarnations, ID being the current one. I think the F is the same as the S but labelled differently for certain countries.
