hi, my name is kimberly and on wednesday i will leave to new york to perform in carnegie hall.... i am preperaed on all the music exept for the solo in this piece. if anyone has played it, any advice???? (i can play through it fine, but the higher octave notes in the very fast parts of the solo arent as clear as i want them to be. any help on that?) my private teacher has helped me, but its too late too have another lesson to perfect it, and i still need help...

go through it twice as slow, several times, when you perform it up to tempo, try to capture the calm and focus you experienced while playing it slowly
