Do not miss this video! http://www.universetoday.com/84762/jethro-tull-in-space/

Flutist and astronaut Cady Coleman playing Bach's Bourrée in E minor in virtual duet with Ian Anderson (Jethro Tull, yes) She, at the international space station 220 miles above, he comfortably on earth, during a Russian tour in Perm.

Bach's beautiful music in the middle, made me weightless float for a a while.

I used to play that piece (from the Lute Suite BWV996) on the classic guitar, a few years before Ian made his famous version for flute.

Enjoy!

Thanks Jose Luis. That was great. I couldn't resist and took out my flute to play along!

What an arrangement, and context to play in! Really fun to listen to.
