My birthday is coming up, & I really want to get a piccolo. I've been playing for a while now, but it's my school's piccolo I've been using. I can't really afford a nice one, so I've been looking on ebay. Do you think that one look's good. & do you know what brand it is? Any help would be great. Thanks!

At that price don't touch it. Go for one from a recognised maker like Yamaha.

I started playing the flute with a $100 one and it was not bad at all. The springs were a bit weak compared to my Pearl but they do the job... Also the silver plating tarnishes easily on these flutes, I noticed several brown spots after 1 year.
maybe I were lucky I don't know, it's the only very-cheap-chinese instrument I owned and it was great for the price

Apparently, this piccolo comes from a company in Jakarta Indonesia called Haohan Music.
It may have been an accident that some of the later images included this info.
I wouldn't recommend that any of my students take a chance on such an unidentified or little known brand.
