I was looking in to buy a muramatsu and prices are considerably cheaper at Kessler's Music but they are not an authorized Muramatsu Dealer. Has anyone bought from them>

I know nothing about them whatsoever, and they may be a fine organization. As a general principle, any time purchasing any flute used or through an unauthorized dealer, it might be prudent to check the serial number against various stolen flute registers available on the internet.

if Kessler - is the same as Kessler & Sons from Nevada - then YES... I have had positive experiences with them.
