Is it OK to put pad paper under closed keys when not playing the flute?
It seems to keep moisture away from the pads after swabbing the flute.

As long as you are using the non powdered kind. Also make sure you are not pulling it under the key when it is closed. Blotting the pads after use takes out any extra moisture.
