get a scale book.. D flat has five flats and starts on D flat which is also the same as C#.
if you are having difficulty getting the scale clean, try practicing it in rhythms.. like.. go up the scale in a ta-tee-tee ta-tee-tee
or
tee-tee-tah tee-tee-tah rhythm (tee = eighth note, tah = quarter note)
sorry.. that was really hard to explain on the internet without being able to type in notes. May I suggest that the person who created this make an emoticon for different notes?
also, starting the Dflat scale on different degrees of the scale can help a lot. For example; start on D flat, work up the octave, and then start on Eflat, and work up the octave in the key of D flat. Then try this from the opposite end of the scale. So start off simple, by going up the scale and then once you have done all the degrees, try starting at the top. This is a fail-safe way of learning any difficult scale.
