Wow, all these field show themes and songs I went through on this thread, I saw them at www.jwpepper.com .. They are pretty new. I just thought it was a quincidence.
Anyways, my high school is doing a 50`s Theme. It includes Rock Around the Clock, Blueberry Hill, Great Balls of Fire, and Tribute to Elvis (Dont be cruel and All shook up)
So far, we are winning the competitions and getting the screams from the audiences

BassDrumminBoi gave you a show for henry county marching patriots but its not longer that lol...i still love you brandon!!! but its "Awayday" the music of Gorb Metheny, and Elfman
The first Song is AWAYDAY (a hard song for woodwinds if u dont have a good tounge then dont even attempt it..especially hard to march too)
secon song LETTER FROM HOME beautiful song...
3rd song PEE WEE`S BREAKFAST MACHINE very funny and easy all it is is a B flat scale up and down and up and down....and we had 126 now we have 101!!! still good!!

I`m pretty sure I have both of those. If I can find them (They may not be the same arrangements or even the same songs though. I know I have something called either Horse or THE Horse. I also know I have Broadway or it might be On Broadway. I`m not sure.) I`ll send them to you.

Hey, our bands site has the Field show music AND the march we are doing this year. Visit it at http://www.aghsband.com
PLEASE comment on how well the site is put together because a student has done all of that by HTML. If you don`t know what that is, then look it up
Thanxbye

My school is doing Wordplay. we have 26 guard members (each with a letter of the alphabet on their flags for the opener) and we`ve worked the first couple notes of the ABC song. it must be pretty original considering no one else is doing it! the musis is AWESOME (the ballad rocks!) and our drill is really cool. we have over 100 drill sets, so it`s really hard. I`m not completely sure, but i think my drum major told us today that we were in class 5A (if that even exists!) we have a really big band.

Forgot to mention that our on field warm up (bunch of crap but oh well) is "Let us break bread together" the only reason I like it is because that snotty trumpet got put in his place Muwahahaha! ok sorry. won`t happen again. Anyways A band near us is doing a really nifty show in which they actually sing made up words, really cool.

Last year we had a 5 star band even though we got 4 excellents and no superiors....we did Mask of Zorro...great show....AWESOME SHOW!!!
