so im going in 2006 (senior!) and um, the day u heard u were going how long did it take to sink in? i heard friday, sept 17 after 1/2 time show of our football game. i screamed and hugged my best friend. it didnt quite sink in friday night, saturday it was weird, sunday, i was like omg we`re gonna get more news about it monday. monday rolled around and we heard the general outline...it`s 11:27 tuesday sept 21...and it is gradually sinking in.

i never been on tv.....let alone NATIONAL tv....going the rose bowl is like going to the olympics (minus the medals) i mean, there are gonna be MILLIONS of people watching...i am seriously gonna have to train. this is a freaking marathon!

how did u all handle the pre-1 yr 1/2 experience....
