I`m having trouble playing uber-high notes like high Eb and high F. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Blow the air faster, but blow less QUANTITY of air by blowiong through a skinnier hole between thelips, i.e. press the lips slightly closer together. NO POUTING!
And do NOT pull the lips tight against the teeth.

WHEN COME TO THE HIGH NOTES DONT BLOW SO HARD AND TRY NOT TO LET YOUR
LIPD TOUCH TO MUCH ALSO MACK SURE YOU ARE NOT WATERING DOWN THE FLUT!

First off don`t consider E flat and F " uber high notes " the only really high notes are the ones after high,high C.. anyway, just practice them, and hold them for a long period of time (long tones). Than, try going from lower notes to Eflat, because that is the way they would be played it most songs... worked for me
