Not really. I`ll give you the story, even if you don`t want it.
At one point in his life, Mozart was commisioned by a flutist to write three flute concertos and a harp concerto. Mind you, Mozart was a young, rambunctious man at the time (he only lived 36 years or something), so he didn`t like to work.
His father, who acted as his manager, wrote to him and told him to get writing: that`s where the quote about not liking the flute comes in (it`s not that he didn`t like the flute, just that he didn`t like working).
Being somewhat lazy, Mozart wrote the Flute Concerto No. 1 in G Major, transposed the Oboe Concerto in C Major to Flute Concerto in D Major, and wrote a Flute and Harp Concerto.
aka: he owes us one or two concertos, depending how you look at it.
Admitedly, he did make a few minor changes to the oboe concerto when he transposed it and wrote "flute" at the top, but nothing significant.
Hope that was helpful,
