I just wanted to alert the public that if you ever think about doing business with Fab Flute in NY, please reconsider. The man who runs it sent me some very disturbing emails and is not professional by any means. He was very rude and obviously has some problems. My advise, stay clear away from this company.
PS. I have emails to prove it.

I have all the email`s to prove it.
Have you ever heard of "the customer is always right?"
Being rude to customers is not EVER appropriate and is just plain unprofessional. I deal with customers all the time, so I do know.

There is nothing wrong with stating wanting to warn the public. I would make it a point to get a hold of the BBB. I have also heard things on the same line as what you had just stated about that company. It is a real shame.

A friend of mine once tried a flute out through them and said that it was in really bad shape and needed repairs. On top of that it was really dirty. I for one would never sell anything like that. Just my two cents.

The guy that runs it is really weird. I was looking to buy a flute from him last November and he told me that he had nothing to sell me that I could afford. It was pure speculation on his part as I did have the money and I was in the market for a Haynes at the time. He judged me as being poor because I am from the South and not NY. I thought that that was really uncalled for. I wonder how many other`s he has turned away?
