I`m going to try out a Yashima flute. This particular instrument is known to the local repair person and is decent by his account. This thing is we have no idea where this instrument came from, I assume it`s Japanese by the name. Any ideas about where to find out about this instrument?

Never heard of it, but ya it is Japanese, for sure unless some other people named it Yashima to sound Japanese. Try it out, and if you like it, go with it, but think before buying if it`s a non-brand name company.

Yes of course, but for a fact the name IS Japanese, because I AM Japanese.
It is very simple to know, that you should try it out! Obviously you wouldn`t buy a unknown flute without trying it!
Just simple facts/opinions, which you could just ignore, but you just have to b1tch about every single thing a young person says, just cause you`re some person who knows it all!
